If the only reason for the eviction is that you owe money, you can stop the eviction by paying everything you owe. That is all back rent, current rent, late fees, filing fees, and court costs. You have to pay it before the judge issues his decree that you can be removed by force.

So pay it up and don't be late again, because the landlord will file for eviction on you real quick if you are late again.

In Oregon, if you get three late notices, you can't stop the third eviction attempt even if you pay up. I am pretty sure that also is the law in Washington, although you might read your state law to verify that.

If the eviction is for some other reason than late rent, I suggest you call a few professional mobile home movers to see if they can get your home out of there. They can get those things into and out of some pretty tight places.

Then you go to a homeless shelter.

Landlords have bills to pay. They generally arent doing this for charity.

You have to worry about yourself not what others do. If you want to live rent free, if you have good parents that will let you stay with them for free do it, or move to the woods and get a tent.

Why do you have to make every thread about you?

Spoken by someone that has never owned a home, a business or a rental property.

You think being a landlord is "zero" work?
