In an apartment. What's the best way to receive packages?

I've dealt with this before.

I would either get a trusted neighbor to sign/collect the package, or have UPS hold them at the hub for pickup. If your work schedule doesn't match, get a PO box at the UPS store.

I echo the suggestion to have your packages delivered to your workplace.

PO box is $66 for 13 months....thats your best bet.....its not fed ex or ups' fault...it depends on the driver

A lot of the private mail box rental places have a street address and will accept fedex type packages.

A PO box at the US post office won't work for this particular problem.

If most of your packages are coming from Amazon, use Amazon Lockers.

Ideally make friends with a tenant there who is home most of the day and ask them to sign and hold your package for you.
