Yes we do. He saw the light under my room-I turn all lights off when I'm not at home-and he heard my tv on-he's not deaf and blind. Although it wasn't as loud as his was with his porn on.

If he knew? Why would he run out of the living room when she "caught him" in his underwear? Doesn't sound like he's looking for any sexual favors from her.
I'm guessing that he didn't want me to call the police out right.

That's usually what attorney's of sexual offenders argue. Isn't it?

Do I think anyone should be sitting around in the common space of a house, when they live with roommates, watching porn and/or in their tiny underwear? No.
Well, at least you got this part right.

Doesn't mean the tenant can't use her big girl words and tell him that she is uncomfortable or finds it inappropriate. Doesn't mean she can claim "sexual harassment" either.
Why can't I if that is what is happening?

Would you prefer that I risk a sexual assault to take place, Informed info?

Oh, and is this line sort of like the one that my landlord crossed when he purposely exposed himself to me with nothing on except bikini underwear?

Why would you have called the police? What would you have even told the police?

Hello, Officer? Yes, my roommate is watching TV in his underwear. Can you come over and arrest him?

If you feel like you are in danger, why are you still living there? Move out!

Except he didn't expose himself to you. As you said, he was wearing underwear. And he quickly got out of the room, which would mean he didn't want you to see him.

When I step out of my bedroom door, I walk a few steps and the open "family room" is right there. So, no privacy for me when he's home. He watches TV out there late at night, so no quietness for me either. When I came and looked at this place and saw the size of it, I had no idea that he would be hanging out downstairs right outside of my bedroom literally all of the time.

Recently he had a porno movie on out there when I was trying to sleep and I could hear the sounds of a male and female in the movie having sex. A couple nights before that, I opened the door to my room to go out to the kitchen and he was in the midst of running out of the room in his underwear. I guess he didn't expect me to catch him with almost no clothes on downstairs. But, why would he do this when he has a female renter in the house??

This recent stuff that he is doing is inappropriate.

Does anyone agree with me? What do you suggest that I do about this?

P.S. When I leave here, I will never rent a room inside someone's house again.
Please get a clue (nothing personal). The guy is probably hoping to entice you, and using physical proximity to make it more likely. Was there no discussion of such potential before moving in? I couldn't room with a decently attractive woman without feeling like I had ulterior motives. Many women apparently really don't understand the male drive. It might explain why they think yoga pants are merely "comfortable."

If the above is a hasty analysis and you've left out important context, my apologies.

You again? It's like you took your older thread and changed a couple of things and reposted it. Can we say drama queen?

J.U.S.T M.O.V.E!

This guy can obviously do nothing right in your eyes, so if you can get your own place, LEAVE and stop whining and griping about it.

Oh good grief. You are unbelievable. Completely unbelievable.

This is HIS house. He OWNS it. He can walk around HIS house however he wants. The fact he is walking around HIS house in his underwear makes him like 99.9% of males who have a home. They walk around in their underwear. Heck, many females walk around their homes in their underwear, too.

News flash: Walking around in underwear is NOT "exposing" himself. I do trust you never visit a beach or pool, right?

So you're all packed, I am assuming? Moving out this week?

What's unbelievable is YOU. You know what they say...If you don't, let me tell you: Siding with a creep MAKES you a creep, Lol.

Here we go again, "This is HIS house. He OWNS it. He can walk around HIS house however he wants". Etc, etc, etc, ad nauseum. He can do a lot of things in HIS house, can't he Peach Salsa? He can conduct orgy's right outside my door, right? After all, I'm just the lowly renter.

How about around children, PeachSalsa? Can he go walking around like that in front of children in his house? Can he rape women in his house too? You probably don't see anything wrong with those things either, do you Peach Salsa? After all...drum roll... IT'S HIS HOUSE.

Shaking my head. I don't have to say that his behavior is disgusting and will likely escalate to something even more disgusting that may be dangerous because plenty other posters have said it for me. Take Care, Peach Salsa.

Why are you still living there if you feel he is so dangerous?!

Him being in his underwear once does not make him dangerous. Him watching a movie, or softcore porn, with a sex scene in it once, does not make him dangerous. It does not mean he is going to expose himself to children or start sexually assaulting woman. It means that he was being a guy in his own home. Could he have been a little more considerate of you? Yes, but being inconsiderate does not make someone dangerous.

You claimed that he has threatened you, but you have ignored everyone who has asked how he has threatened you.

The fact that he ran and hid when you saw him in his underwear, should tell you that he wasn't doing anything on purpose. He wasn't expecting you to see him. He was embarrassed that you saw him. Its not like he saw you, ripped off his underwear and started doing pelvic thrusts onto the couch arm. He quickly ran away, so you would not see him!

You seem to like to argue instead of acting on the obvious solution offered by everyone here of "moving". What is it you are looking for exactly? A bunch of people to agree with you and comfort you? This is the rental forum, not a support group or www.reddit.com/r/twoxchromsomes.
