We don't know that the LL knew the tenant (OP) was home when she "caught him".
Yes we do. He saw the light under my room-I turn all lights off when I'm not at home-and he heard my tv on-he's not deaf and blind. Although it wasn't as loud as his was with his porn on.

Except he didn't expose himself to you. As you said, he was wearing underwear. And he quickly got out of the room, which would mean he didn't want you to see him.
I'm a female renting a room in a male's house. His bedroom suite literally takes up the whole upstairs of this enormous house, but he spends all of his time when not at work downstairs in the "family room" which is only ten feet away from my bed. When I step out of my bedroom door, I walk a few steps and the open "family room" is right there. So, no privacy for me when he's home. He watches TV out there late at night, so no quietness for me either. When I came and looked at this place and saw the size of it, I had no idea that he would be hanging out downstairs right outside of my bedroom literally all of the time.
Recently he had a porno movie on out there when I was trying to sleep and I could hear the sounds of a male and female in the movie having sex. A couple nights before that, I opened the door to my room to go out to the kitchen and he was in the midst of running out of the room in his underwear. I guess he didn't expect me to catch him with almost no clothes on downstairs. But, why would he do this when he has a female renter in the house??
This recent stuff that he is doing is inappropriate.
Does anyone agree with me? What do you suggest that I do about this?
P.S. When I leave here, I will never rent a room inside someone's house again.
Please get a clue (nothing personal). The guy is probably hoping to entice you, and using physical proximity to make it more likely. Was there no discussion of such potential before moving in? I couldn't room with a decently attractive woman without feeling like I had ulterior motives. Many women apparently really don't understand the male drive. It might explain why they think yoga pants are merely "comfortable."

Him being in his underwear once does not make him dangerous. Him watching a movie, or softcore porn, with a sex scene in it once, does not make him dangerous. It does not mean he is going to expose himself to children or start sexually assaulting woman. It means that he was being a guy in his own home. Could he have been a little more considerate of you? Yes, but being inconsiderate does not make someone dangerous.
You claimed that he has threatened you, but you have ignored everyone who has asked how he has threatened you.
The fact that he ran and hid when you saw him in his underwear, should tell you that he wasn't doing anything on purpose. He wasn't expecting you to see him. He was embarrassed that you saw him. Its not like he saw you, ripped off his underwear and started doing pelvic thrusts onto the couch arm. He quickly ran away, so you would not see him!
