Legally, you have established residence, and can't be put out on the street.
But realistically, your brother sounds like he isn't the type to play by the rules, so I wouldn't count on it. So yes, your stuff could be out in the lawn, or the locks could be changed, or he could have a garage sale. None of those things are legal, but they all could happen.
You never answered the question of whether this was a rental or an owned house, though, and without knowing that, any further speculation is pretty much irrelevant.
