i am renting two bedrooms in this couple's home. they are homeowners and live there too.
and since i moved in the owner's girlfriend has been harassing me. First month there she was accusing me of wanting to take her boyfriend she said i was standing to close to him and my husband was sitting there, since she has cameras all over the house. well she insulted me and we almost got in a fight she made a big scene and even called the cops on me, they laughed i told them i was moving out at the end of the month, well two weeks later she apologized and asked to stay she said we both need the help anyway i stayed. Then a couple months later we had agreed that i would pay her half on the 1st and half on the 3rd well this April i told her i would pay her on the 5th she said ok well i got home from work and she asked me if i had the money i told i just need to go to the atm well she through a fit and started cuzing me out and told her boyfriend for me to leave that i was irresponsible and they left the money there on the table she kept $625 but refused the $400. i came out of my room and the money was they wanted me to leave right then and there. that night the guy didn't wanna talk to my husband they didn't let me park and to top it off the heater was broken which they didn't give me notice so she told him don't fix the heater so we were showering with cold water or we had to boil some my kids showered at my brothers. that night i had to sleep in my car there's was no parking anywhere its a mobile park. me and my husband slept in the car for about a week. then later that week the guy asked me for the money back the $400 they left on the table. i told him what game are you guys playing this is very stressful for me. i ended up in the hospital i had an anxiety attack and to top it off I'm a diabetic my husband is in a wheelchair. i had just started a new job well i missed that day and they let me go. now on April 30th he asked if i was leaving i told him no you have to give me 30 days well he gave me a 3day notice without even giving me a chance to pay the rent.. what can i do ???
