Yes, I READ all of that. I still don't see how that changes MY post, which touches on what I'D do. Even if we are addressing her (or what I'd do under the exact same circumstances), its not impossible for the tenant to actually get ahold of those rules (I'd check in with the manager or even with other tenants, if I wasn't able to get a copy from the landlord).

not giving the renter a copy of the rules is a big NO NO. as the owner should have gave them a copy of the ruels after they read them
