Yeah I pretty much am forced to live here! I have no where else to go, unless I want to go live under a bridge. I don't abide by rules. People who think they can control me got termites in the brain! I pay rent, and as long as I do that, then this place is mine.

Anyway, maybe people on here are not able to figure it out yet, Stratford makes the rules, not the managers. I got my lease and all the rules in it the day I signed it. These managers have no right to make the rules they do. I talked on my cell phone today in the "public places" and I'm going to do it again, and again, and again.... You get the point???

These managers are sick people. They stalk me all around the building. IF anybody has the right to move out, it can be them! They should be kicked out

The landlords refuse to fix anything in my apartment. I showed him the bathtub drain switch does not work a long time ago. He said, "yeah, there are a lot of those like that here"! It just shows how incompetent these people here are. Moderator cut: inaproppriate language My fridge also does not work by the way. Complained many times!

First off...it is not your door. Second...it's prosecuted, not persecuted.

When you're poor and can't afford decent housing, there's just a certain amount of nonsense you have to endure. That's life and nothing is going to change that. A slum is a slum and if that's where you decided to live, your complaining about the dirty bed you made.

If you have a caseworker, or a housing case manager, ....you should contact them about your fridge. Or, even the Health Dept. if your fridge is broken.

Just because you don't like it doesn't make it 'bull'.

Go read your lease....it's either included in the lease or was given to you separately.

Even if this rule isn't in the lease or in the list of rules you were given they can be updated at any time and you can't say diddly about it.

Again, don't like the rules? Move. Can't afford to move? Stop being a pest and follow the rules.
