Well, I contacted him. I wonder if he lets people smoke meth? That wasn't specified. Neither was owning a boa constrictor. Or baby daddy drama. Is the old sofa included?
Seriously though, that has got to be a joke of some sort.
He's specific about his requirements because he lives on the premises. I think that all of those requirements would normally be articulated during viewing, but apparently he wants to cut down on the phone calls from people who are obviously not qualified.
That's a nice property, by the way.
A lot of his requirements are what other landlords are looking for. They just don't tell you. With this guy, you know where you stand.
