I'm guessing that November - January are slow seasons for moving in and out?

Do things start to pick up in February?

Our slow(er) time is generally November through March (Midwest). But we still manage to get apts rented during that time. We always have a few people who are transferring in for jobs from out of state to larger companies in our area so that helps.
