My bf experienced a bb infestation in his apartment in Tampa. Management made him pay to have spraying done. He has two months left on the lease, August & September but is terrified to return as spraying does not guarantee extermination. I am looking for a bilingual (spanish) attorney to advise him of his rights of breaking the lease. All suggestions are most welcome. Thank you!!

Refer to his lease. It lays out terms for ending/breaking a lease usually.

He might need to bake all of his things.

I had a friend go through this. It was a nightmare.

She had just moved in. The PM sprayed but it didn't solve the problem. It devolved quickly, with the PM saying, "you must have brought them" and her saying they were there to begin with (they weren't at her old APT is all I know.) Most likely it was a result of the bridal shop below the apartment.

She ended up breaking the lease and took her stuff on a u haul trailer to a place that heat treated them.
