Why would I sell something for $N when selling it properly will realize $10N?
Because selling it for $N is better than nothing when you need money. And we all know, since on a daily basis you remind everyone who reads any section of C-D, that you have $0.
Stop smacking your head so much. It may just be the root cause of all of your problems.
It is not financially "aasier" to stay there and continue paying the rent! Your rent is going absolutely no where except into the pockets of your lame so-called "LL". Plus if you stay any longer and are legally evicted then your financial woes have only gotten much worse because you will have a hell of a time renting anywhere once that eviction goes on your record.
In other words, "No matter how much lipstick you try to slather and smear on that pig, it is still a pig". Only now it is just a much messier pig.
Because selling it "properly" for "$10N" is not happening and never will until you can find the means to do it. And you can't do it where you are now. So, "selling it properly" is, and has, resulted in absolutely ZERO anyway so all you end up with is your financial problems only compounded as a result anyway.
So, tell us again exactly how that has all worked out for ya? Wait..........please don't!
How does an eviction go on "my" record when I am not a named party to it?

It is your thread, I would assume that means you read all of the posts. (Wait! Silly me, I forgot! This thread isn't to get answers, it is obviously only for attention. Because Lord knows you have always received an abundance of answers over and over and over again. It's like beating a dead horse.)
It was covered in post #16. It is not worth repeating.

Maybe we can cut to the chase, skip 10 pages of him whining and not listening to anything anyone says, and get his signature statement out of the way now so we can be done with the thread....

Renting is where you pay a premium for temporary, impaired use of property.
Since you have to move anyway, this is your chance to move to a lower cost of living place. I would start googling and researching now what towns are affordable and would suit you.

Cue "no money, can't move, can't find a place, it's not my fault, it's greedy rich homeowners...." in 3....2...
