The demand to live off campus is high but there are many frats and sorority houses that take most of them and the rest aren't qualified to live "off campus "
She's been trying to sublet the lease for the last month .
4 of the girls interested weren't qualified/ allowed to live off campus and we finally found someone but he was male and the two other roommates left behind are female
And it's a non co Ed apartment

Well, did you read my post at all? It's probably going to take her a while to find someone to sublease from her. More or less depending on the time, location and price of the place.
But continuing to look for someone to replace her is better than paying for the entire duration of the lease.
If she can't find someone soon, she may want to consider paying 1/3rd or more of the rent each month to reduce the price of the new person's monthly rent to attract more potential subletters.
