The OP was concerned about an extra BF living with a Section 8 person. It is near impossible to evict for an extra tenant. No matter what the lease says, or how many cameras you have installed. Section 8 or not.

As far as I know, that was the topic. Some people think a lease clause is enough to evict for an extra tenant, that is because they have little practical LL experience.

Actually the OP was concerned about the NOISE. For that she Needs to contact the police when they are Noisy After hours. And report the Noise in Writing Every time to the LL.

Then she goes on to say with the 2 kids Screaming its bad enough When the BF is there its even Worse! So her True complaint is the Noise!
