OH, please... I don't think he is deaf, just an explanation of how it seems and an example of how one's problem could affect others daily. But you mean a deaf person would be allowed to freely bother anyone and everyone living around them? I'm sure owners and management would love having all that turnover, just due to one person and their unaddressed issue.

I am sure owners and management would rather get sued for ADA violation and have to pay out millions. I wonder which option would they pick?

Being deaf doesn't excuse violating noise laws and keeping things at a reasonable level for the normal person. There are closed captions, headsets, hearing aids, etc. that would provide a REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION that wouldn't disturb people within 100 yards. Being legally deaf doesn't allow someone to blast their TV without recourse.

I think looker is just trolling at this point.
