I'm having trouble believing that this poster is for real, or is telling the truth. If he's 18 and he's running a business that's making so much money, and his father is a bazillionaire, I find it difficult to believe that there's not a family accountant to help him with this.

But no matter what the nature of your business, start paying for things with your credit card to build your credit. And have W-2s and tax returns to prove your income. And get Daddy to cosign the lease.

He's a criminal. He's violating a variety of federal and state tax and payroll laws. His little house of cards is destined to collapse on him no matter how much money he's making or how rich his father is.

Spring break is here. If you have enough money to pay $5000 a month in rent (in the southeast- who needs $5K a month in the SE? In Silicon Valley or NYC, sure, but in Charlotte or even Nashville? That is totally unnecessary.
