When it comes to apartment noise is loud and noisy the same thing?. Ive been saying above me is very noisy from music to bangs. The other day some one put a notice on the board on ground floor just asking people not to park in front of the entrance as its a drop off point only and turn around point. A short while later some one put another notice up saying. It Will be that _______ Thinks because he lives at top its the penthouse VERY LOUD TOO with middle finger drawn and a angry face lol. They actually wrote his name and not apartment number. Does saying loud or noisy mean more then the other?.
I no who put the parking note on but no one knows who put the noise about him above me on but would love to find out but got my feeling who it is. On top floor one has gone up for sale at £104,000 and 2 weeks later they lowered it £10k to £94,000 which is a lot in my opinion. Not been on long too.
The definitions of excessive noise may be in your lease. So would the use of the space in front of the building entrance. A reminder of a known rule shouldn't be a problem.
Why do you need to know the name of the person who wrote these notes? Are you a busybody or a gossiper? People complain. Some are just petty. Some a lot more than others.
Don't see what the asking price of the units has to do with all this.
