Found this video on how to get rich being a landlord. I assume that's his goal.

I thought what's that old saying about if something sounds too good to be true?

I found his plan to kick out non-section 8 renters appalling.

One person's plan. Sorry, I am not going to watch it, but each and every tenant has the right to refuse to rent from a landlord that they find offensive. Go and rent from someone else.

If he offends enough people he will find that he can't do any business. Or else he will fill his building with the tenants that no sane landlord would ever accept.

His plan is to fill up the 100 houses he is buying with Section 8 tenants. He is borrowing a gigantic amount of money to do it and plans to pay off his debt by renting to only Section 8 tenants. Given what some people have said about Section 8 tenants I wonder.

He’s going to regret it.

While there might be some good section 8 tenants… The percentage is extremely low . I personally won’t rent to section 8 tenants.

I have seen a number of landlords post here about not taking any Section 8. This guy plans to have a hundred of them.

There are landlords who specialize in Section 8 tenants. According to google there are 2.2 million Section 8 tenants in the USA, so someone is renting to them. 100 tenants is a very small drop in that bucket.

Welfare tenants have to live somewhere and I won't take them, so I think it is nice that someone is willing to take them.

Whoever his unfortunately neighbors are, they probably won't be happy with his plan.

I know, and like I said; he’s going to regret it. He won’t get rich not by a long shot

Well he managed to make himself unlikable with his plan of evicting the paying tenants. Until I saw that I just thought of him as incredibly naive. I did wonder how he got someone to lend him this much money.
