I guess when it comes to business there isn't much a landlord could do when someone is paying their rent on time. However, for those who know of the problem (case of child abuse) call the child abuse hotline. You could be saving a child's life. In case of the drug situation...police could be watching undercover and a sting operation in place. They don't always move when we want them too. A landlord can only do so much., and think about it too, what if it's not true...who would want to be harassed and forced to move based on hearsay???
