My situation is my landlord went into bankrupt and lost the house. Now the bank is kicking us out. Can I fight them on this or theres nothing I can do.
I think it would be an effort in futility. Even if you file in court with a written lease, the bank will win. safe the money and frustration and move. Sorry to say that. I'm not a lawyer, don;t know the laws in your state, but I've seen it before. the bank wins
Yes you can fight them. Yes you will lose in court.
Foreclosure voids your lease. You have no legal standing to remain in the home. You do have to be given notice to vacate and a reasonable time within which to do so, but you should start looking immediately.

The bank owns your home. They will give you proper notice to move out, so they can sell it. Chances are, they will give you "compensation" to move out, otherwise they will evict you.
Several of my co-workers have negotiated "Cash for Keys" in consideration of moving on short notice.
Might be worth a try.
You could also find out if the Lender will sell to you. I only know one case where this happened and the renter, now homeowner, was happy it worked out.
