My crackhead neighbor and I share a utility bill. He lives in the main house and we stay in the guesthouse. He will not pay his share of the utility bill. The landlord doesn't care as long as he gets his rent. The lease is fraud. Who can I sue?

Why is the lease fraud? Who does it say is responsible for the utility bill? What do you want to sue for? Are you paying the full utility bill? I'm confused! More info please!

Who has the utility bill? Is it in your name? One meter? What does the lease say? Who has been paying the utility bill? Have you put problems in writing? Sounds like you need to get your ducks in a row and then ask questions.
