We have a rental property in LA,CA.My tenant is not paying full amount every month, & its been 7 months they doing this.They have $6,010.00 bal already. Can i evic them ?...THANKS VIRGINIA

Sorry, I'm amazed for 2 reasons,
That your letting the tenant play catch up,
That your here on this forum, with this question, and a tenant that
owes you over $6000.

Let me ask you, do you think you should evict him?

It is common for landlords to pay the tenants bills because all landlords are rich and good hearted people and like to pay other peoples bills. I am amazed that you have not offered to pay their car payment so it would be easier to pay the rent. It might be a good idea to just give them a free month or so that way they can catch up and start from scratch. It also could be that you are charging too much for what they make, maybe come down on the rent by 20% and that way they will not be late.
