My tenants are leaving in 13 days...... (apartment, tenant, renters, fee)

hi,
i'm in northern VA and my tenants of 9 months are leaving in 13 days!
i've been posting ads on Craigslist for the past 17 days (since the beginning of september) and have showed the place to about 5 people so far....
my apartment is beautiful, reasonably prices, and close to shops...

where else can i advertise? somewhere that's free is obviously preferred...but i need to find renters FAST!

Put a sign in the window or out front.

Put an ad in the local paper.

Notify the other tenants in the building and offer a referral fee if they refer someone who rents the place.

You could also search for a tenant placement service that's local to your area. It will cost you, but if you need someone quick, it'll be worth it to pay a professional to do it.
