Um yea, from a female here, if some man was "beating" on my door at midnight u betcha I would of called 911 IMMEDIATELY. No way I would of been able to ignore it, and go to bed like nothing happened. Especially If I lived by myself I'd be freaking the f*ck out. 2+2 = 4 and um yea something is not adding up here...
This is an illegal apartment, i went the town building dept. and have their building permit and no where does it show that they were able to have another dwelling.
However they are countersuing, claiming that i caused damage to apt. when we first went to court it was adjourned to a different judge so nothing was said.. however i saw the landlord had pictures. I know for a fact that i did no damage at all, if she caused damage.. and then took pictures of the damage her and her husband did, then what do i do? My father was there with me the day they kicked me out and saw that i left no damage.
