1.week or 2 before the rent is due new "boyfriends" show up for short periods of time
2.loud arguments with teenager heard thru walls involving no money in house
3.said teenager very interested in other people's mailboxes(looking for checks???)
4.pacing and increased smoking during all hours of nite and early morning(this makes tenants next door not sleep)
5.new people leaving front door(shared entrance) early am before dawn(boarders???)
6.5 of the above things previously posted have been observed by neighbor
7.new tenant brags to neighbor how the family survived the winter after their utilities were shut off in last location 6 months ago
8.new tenant/neighbor states my motto is "what the landlord doesn't know won't hurt him"
9.new tenant asking neighbor when they r moving so they can have the bigger side(more boarders)
landlord blissfully unaware of above thinks new tenant is cute(wonder if his wife knows)
old established tenant getting out of here(too old for this drama)
You get a rental history questionaire from a public housing office.
Tenant starts to sound like Klinger in M*A*S*H; mother died, sister sick, uncle missing, niece in hospital, cat is lost......therefore I had to travel back home and don't have any money.
You begin to get all kinds of petty complaints about issues in the unit followed by "I don't think this is healthy, safe, legal" etc. Shortly this will be followed by someone wanting out of their lease because of these "horrible" conditions.
The phone number changed because they went to a prepaid cell phone
