Rental Database (apartment, Texas, year, Realtor)

I need to know if someone out there knows of a web site data base for rental homes. We are going to be moving to Tyler, Texas area and would like to rent for our first year until we decide what area we want to live in. We've filtered through a lot of advice...but we want to be able to make our own decision.
We would like to rent a nice home ....not an apartment.
