Tomorrow we will celebrate the life of my youngest son. He passed away from alcohol poisoning sometime between Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. He had had problems with alcohol his entire adult life. He started drinking heavily after his divorce a year ago. While I mourn his passing, I'm grateful that he is at peace.

I like the many others here am deeply sorry for your loss. It is a comfort that he will finally find some peace. It is saddest to those of us left behind and I pray you can celebrate his life and remember those moments that are the most happy and cherished.

BJW: It is always a shock to find out that someone has lost a child. I am so sorry that you and your family have gone through this. And I also am grateful your son is at peace. I hope your day is filled with memories of the positive and happy moments you shared with your son.
One of lifes greatest tragedies is parents having to bury their children. It is always one of the saddest and most sobbering events to witness. As always prayers and condonlences.
