Love chocolate but none here and it really doesn't do much for me, anyway.

I need to get thoroughly snockered. And stay that way.

Valerian, melatonin or Kava might work........?

After reading all of this about the power company throttling your usage I'm convinced big brother is watching me through the modem...........

Waiting for the dang rechargeable batteries to charge, I swear paint dries faster.........

+1 to boozin' up hubby as well
So far, the buzz is working very well.

I am not even caring that he decided to "fix" the wallpaper and now made such a $(*%* mess I don't think it can be salvaged. If ONLY he had consulted with me before doing this but no . . . he is on a tear. . . and doing the craziest stuff (and making a terrible mess with everything he touches). All he NEEDS to be doing is sorting out his boxes o' sh*t in his office but no . . . he chooses to go through the house deciding what needs to be "fixed" b/f I put the house on the market - AS IF I don't already know fully well what that would be and am hiring folks to do it properly.

Etc etc.

I fixed baked penne pasta w/ olives and parmesan squash for a late lunch so maybe he will go into a food coma and sleep for a while.

Please.

The carbs will spike his blood sugar then crash it, he will feel tired. I still vote for the valerian.......

Ani, is there a neighbor of yours that needs checking in on? I bet he runs out of steam once you're gone.

Sounds like an incredibly depressing situation. But then we all have our tolerances.

nah, just a bad day. We will awake tomorrow to fight again.

I hope everyone has a pleasant night. Scare those demons back under the beds and into the closets. Remember how fearless we were when we were young? That person is still in there.

I don't know if I will ever be that fearless again.

I've been told that cinnamon is good at regulating blood sugar. That doesn't mean shoving cinnamon buns down your throat, but rather taking a concentrated dose in capsule form. So I've been told ... not making any recommendations, and no, I haven't tried it. Also told that apple cider vinegar is good for all sorts of things.

Ani, I seriously am going to suggest Xanax...whether it should be for him or for you, I'm not sure.
Him is better , since it may prevent you from needing it and the consequences of his need to do things, if a doctor OK's it but, you as a last resort, just so those consequences are easier to bear.
