It may not have gone through.

Or, they may not have checked their messages.

They may get a lot of PMs in and lose track. That has certainly happened to me before. When you have several different conversations and replies going back and forth, it is easy to open a message, get distracted, come back to reply and get confused and skip someone.

I wouldn't take it personally.

Well it is in my sent folder, and they have posted to forums several times. Guess I'll chalk it up to inexperienced poster.

I was born in the '50 s also but my Dad served in the Navy in the Pacific theater of war. I really didn't learn about the European theater until I was in my 40s! Yes, I had read Anne Franke as required summer reading and learned about the concentration camps in World History in HS but didn't really learn too much about it.

When I was about 15 "Surfer Cross" became the rage and of course I had one. I remember my mother telling me one day she didn't want me to wear it anymore. Of course that made me sneak wearing it. I had no idea it was the Iron Cross of Nazi Germany! Like I said, I learned that only about 20 years ago. Now I wonder how that fad made it off the ground. If I had known what it represented I might not have been so keen to wear one. That, of course, is my grown up mind talking now.

I find no offense in Soup Nazi's name. It is clearly from Seinfeld. No biggie.

So according to someone, we Yanks should still be upset with the Rebs??

Barb, did you get the reply I sent you regarding Greenville? If so, no problem, but, did want you to know I did reply to you. I sure wish Greenville was a good fit for you.

CC: Yes I put the house on the market but no sense of where to go. And now my 44 year old daughter has announced they are trying to get pregnant, which, if it happens, I would not move out of this area. Out of the house yes. Do not like living next to a poop throwing witch.

The hip is coming along. See my post as of today on another thread. "How is Your Hip Replacement " or something like that.

Greenville was exceptional but too much bible talk for me. And the Osher group was too far from main streets of Greenville. Looking for less driving, not more. Lv2Travel: I am sorry if I did not respond. I always try to be nice. So thanks, anyway.

That happened to me the other day. Sent a DM but when they got it it was blank! Tried again but evidently it didn't go through the second time either.
