This may be an uncomfortable subject to think about, but I think a valid one.

We may not know that we are in them yet, but if you were to know, where would you want to spend them, and maybe, why?

Twilight years? Everyone might have a different definition of what age that would be. Not everyone who is retired is in twilight years and not everyone who is most senior is even yet into their twilight years. My MIL is 92 and doing well living by herself at home!

I simply want to continue where I am doing what I do. If I can help others more ,,,,, all the better and I’ll try to be there for them.

If I can’t continue to be self-sufficient then I’d like to move into a care center where I can get help with my needs.

Just keep me away from the “nutcase” people and I’ll be fine with anyplace I need to be.

Our plan, when, if ever houses start to sell again, is to spend our twilight years by the sea
in a small English town called Cleveleys. Judy's daughter lives there, and we will get there one
day. It's a retirement sort of place full of older people. Trouble is, I'm not ready for twilight
years. I don't feel any different than when I was 30. Now, the real place I would like to spend my twilight years is Las Vegas!! I'd like one of the beautiful high rise apartments there.
Won't happen of course as I'm not an American - they won't let me. I told Judy if she dies
before me, Las Vegas would be great as it's full of old Americans. I would find myself a boomer, and she'd say "Gee David I love your accent, we'll be together for ever and ever!!

Sounds like a plan! As long as I'm still taking care of my cats and any dog I may have adopted on the way to the twilight years & zone!

My animals, present and future, are my only concern.

Right where I am. It's why we moved here in retirement in the first place. We live in a park-like setting on the shore of a large lake with good neighbors, abundant nature and lots of stretching room.

I will be spending my "twilight years" at home. My Wife and I prepared for contingincies, and bought a one floor house, so that we can get to everything. Everything has been updated, plumbing, heating, and so forth, so that we can live here with out too much trouble.

Small yard, so that it wont be hard to take care of it, or can get some young kid to mow it for us.

Swing in the yard, so that we can watch the plants grow, into a wonderful explosion of color

Bird feeder to our Left, so that we can see nature at its best...

Already Retired, at 49, so, Im enjoying it as much as I can, and, with the good LORD not wanting me just yet, I hope to have many years to enjoy what GOD has put on this beautiful Earth.

I wish you well...

Jesse
