Does anyone have any natural beauty or health remedies that they swear by? (Non-invasive procedures, natural products, health practices, etc.?

None really. It is a general health style that I proscribe to. Eating lots of veggies and whole grains. Moderate exercise. Relaxing. Getting good sleep. Keeping myself busy with life. Not baking myself in the sun. There are a few herbals that I keep handy for specific issues, e.g. Goldenseal for specific types of colds that I get (it is specific) or some teas that I use to minimize any issues I might have with what is generally described as "gout" but really is just an overactive immune system which happens to me if I don't watch my diet. Tea Tree Oil or some natural chest rub when I get a cough. I haven't been to a physician in 30 years. Neither has my wife. My son (25) hasn't had to go either.

All in all, it is good food, exercise, sleep, and keeping myself busy with life.

Sing this song 5 times a day, and follow the advice in the lyrics. You'll be amazed what it does for your looks.

My BIL's mother lived to 98. She sang every day, was the most positive person in the nursing home, even led a senior choral group and danced till they put her in a wheelchair. From the age of 60 or so, she looked like a dried up prune...though pretty when young and she ate well, looks-wise she did not age well at all, though she always had a smile. My mother was a crab but she looked young and had a great figure even at 90. I question the correlation...

Coconut oil (pure) for skin and hair.

Cracked dry feet: warmed up castor oil rubbed in with white socks on overnight.

What can I say, it works for me!

Don't forget that singing is just the first step... the more important step is singing this particular song. Did she sing this song? Did she follow it's advice? If not, she didn't follow the full beauty regiment. .

Post a head shot from today, and one five years from now. We'll be the judge.
