Waking up to the smiling face of my 14 year old Doberman sleeping on the floor beside me and taking care of him all day as he is in his final time. There is a sweet sadness to it.

There are two:

Waking up in the morning and wondering what's going to happen today. My kitties usually greet me. Sometimes they bring me breakfast in bed and that wakes me up quick! Early-riser DH is usually already off on some mission.

A few years ago I bought myself a little netbook and just before I go to sleep I watch a movie or a documentary in bed. I always look forward to that.

My wife
My dogs
Walking with my wife and the dogs every morning
My airplane
My garden
My house and land
Where I live
Getting my 4-6 hours of news shows a day
Reading internet news

That's most of my day, so the answer is all day is my favorite part of my day.

What I don't like is when I have to go to town for something. It could be shopping, picking up parts, or going to the doctor.

How do kitties bring you breakfast in bed? Unless it's a mouse

He didn't say he makes her lunch; he hands it to her.

I don't do liquor. I have my resveratrol for the day, a nice big glass of red wine with sharp cheese and crackers, followed by half of another with dinner.
