We retired from Cape Cod MA to Weirton WV in the northern panhandle. It is MUCH cheaper to live here and we are close to everything we need. Easy commute to Pittsburgh and all it offers. Airport is very close too.

What i like about the Salem/Columbiana location is you are 30 minutes from the Akron/Canton
area, you are 20 to 25 minutes to the Youngstown area and Pittsburgh and Cleveland are about
an hour either way. Location, Location, Location.
