AZ, nice to hear you're moving on! What are you buying?
And congratulations!

That's funny. At least they are buying you something! Maybe they think you will like them if you watch them?

I'm still trying to decide what I'm buying. Do I want a condo? A single family home/manufactured home or...? Inventory, in my price range, is rather sparse right now but I CAN raise that some if I have to. I'm such a tightwad though I will go as low as I can. lol I told the loan manager that I didn't care if the place cost a million dollars just so long as my payment isn't over $600 month. I am taking my time with it though because this will be my last home and I want it to be 'right for me'.

Maybe it's not so much what they want but it's all they know. They probably aren't aware of what people of your generation would like although it would be nice if they were to take the time to ask their mom or someone who would know. It just probably never occurs to them or maybe they just think of you as one of them; as having the same tastes as their age group which in a way would be flattering.
