The nice thing about being retired is that I am no longer embarrassed to ask for silly things that bring a smile. I don't need to be serious any more, I can enjoy life's little thrills. Especially when you can find a harmless one for free.

Sooooo... I have found a silly little thrill, but I need your help. You see, I've noticed that under my name I have been awarded 199 rep points. I just need one more, and then I get boosted to the next level. Why do I care? I don't know-- it's a silly little bit of fun.

Anyway, I've been stuck at 199 and it's like waiting for the second shoe to drop, dontcha know. So if any of you feel so inclined could you give me the nudge to push me over the bar? Thanks!

Looks like you are now at 204 reps. Do you want us to take away four so get exactly 200? Seriously, good strategy. Hope you've got a smile on your face today!

I'm sorry, but it said that I had to spread some more around before I give you anymore. Well, I tried.

LOL! Nahhh, I'll keep 'em all. Yes, I have a smile and it's funny that such a little thing can make your day. 5 different people participated and a couple of them added their names... it made my day because these are people I respect! I enjoy reading their posts but I had no idea they felt kindly to me.

So now I know how Sally Fields felt when she got her Academy Award and said "You like me, you really like me."

Thanks for admiring my strategy. That was a good choice of words. Yes, you're right, I'm starting to like retirement and it's due to developing a good strategy: Find little sparklers in life, and light all the little sparklers you can find.

I had to spread some rep around also, normie. Looks like you made it, though.
