Answered all the questions, but will not give them my email addy.
I did it and got an e-mail from them with my report and a message saying that I will not receive another e-mail from them unless I indicate a preference for some of their stuff. I'm keeping it in my inbox to see if it's true.
I provided the email address which I use only for this type of activities and got this result

Not sure whether this is a good or bad thing. I only want to be healthy and don't really want to live that long. I am doing my best but don't think that I can stay strong, healthy with full physical and mental capability in my 90's.
