I don't use clocks anymore. We only have one in the house, other than the alarm clock.
I have a non-Mechanical one, that will never quit being accurate, has no hands, battery, or motor. Its a small frame with a card that says "It's Today." Always know what day it is.

Those are great, I like the ones with the time and day.
There's nothing that makes me feel old like being corrected by my son on what day it is, he loves that! I know the time but the days have gotten away once in a while. I still don't use my phone as a watch like the younger crowd does. My phone isn't attached to me. Having one of those in the kitchen would be useful for me.
Almost every day I wake up not being sure what day it is. I need one of those clocks on the ceiling above my bed!
