What really freaks me out is when I hear music in my head and immediately following that it starts playing on the radio or the television. That happens a lot!
Yesterday, I woke up with "Creep" by Radiohead playing in my brain. Then I heard it on the radio in the morning and again in the afternoon. I kind of enjoyed hearing it for real, and now it's gone away.
So to extrapolate from your post here. I should listen to the lyrics of "Don't Fear the Reaper" for the hidden meaning that will be an answer to the questions in my life? Hmmmmmmm

It's an awesome song. And yes, it has something to say. As I believe in reincarnation, and why it works the way it does, its even more meaningful.
My new speakers (finally found reasonably priced ones which work well with a laptop) sound wonderful with the song.
When I've had a loved pet who is sick and dying, and you know there's little time left, I hold them so they know they are loved, and when its done I miss them. But I don't mourn for them leaving, since it is an end to their pain.
