I attended Pilate class today. Absolutely love it. The part that I need help is the middle. My goal is to look nice in a dress for an upcoming wedding. But after my first session, my body feels so good. It's no longer about looks.

I stay motivated for health reasons and because my chances of survival after breast cancer increase, because keeping up exercising gives me energy, because I like wearing nice clothes. I wouldn't want my husband to let himself go either.
