The thing about rolodexes now is that one can't buy the little cards any more. My cards are 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" and are blank so I can put lots of stuff on the front and the back. When I resurrected our rolodex, I couldn't find new cards. I had enough blank ones to use though so I just filled them in and it doesn't matter to me that they're a little yellow around the edges.
Office supplies sell little small rolodex setups for personal use and their cards are like 1 x 3 but they have lines on them and only hold 50 or so. Mine is one of the big round ones that swivel around. My grandkids think we're in the stone age when they come here. They like to use the typewriter (what's that Grandma?).
Some things from the good old days still work just fine. Just some.
Only one I never saw was Korvette. Remember Woolworths. Banana split; break a
balloon and that was the price. Yum
