I don't want more stuff in my life. Only trips, experiences, good food, etc. Maybe explore new music and musicians but I don't think that takes much space these days to download on a ipod.
I'll never stop buying books and adding to my library. I've been this way since I started to read. There are other things I buy as well, but books are NUMBER ONE.
I love my books as well but after a lot of hand wringing was able to pare down our library to absolute favorites. There are still more than enough to catch dust, but I don't care. Years ago we started collected DVDs of our favorite British shows. Before streaming, buying DVDs from AmazonUK was the only way to see many of the shows. We still buy a few that we cannot get via streaming, but it's only a very few. I like having them available in DVD form for whenever I want to see them. They are the only thing that we will continue to collect. I don't feel so guilty buying them because I give them to hubby as Christmas presents and vice versa -- easy shopping and we're both happy.
