My mind believes I’m 25.

My humor suggests I’m 11.

My body thinks I’m dead.

I still think 'young' and physically am able to get around very well - now as long as I don't look in the mirror!

I was going to cover up all my mirrors so I wouldn't have to look at that old lady in there, but fortunately my eyesight has deteriorated to the point that now I don't have to cover up the mirrors!

You know you're getting old when you ask for the senior discount and they don't ask to see your driver's license to check your age.

I get tagged without even being asked. At 62 I was hoping it wasn't too obvious yet.

All my mirrors seem to have a filter or something, it's when I see a photo with that old guy in my clothes that I get startled!

Fortunately I lived and learned a lot of life after "young," so I am very grateful not be still thinking "young." Life is too wonderful to be stuck back there.

I don't mind being old, being young is a lot of hard work.

Coming up on seventy four this summer. Really feeling the age this year, lack of energy, lack of political give a damn, lethargic mornings turning into slow-mo afternoons, the family youth tuning us out, thinking more about the past with little desire to contemplate a long future. All expected of course, it's aging and nothing more..Like the poster above, I'm OK with being old..
