Just wondering what is wrong with me. Every thing I put on is either inside out or on backwards. And it's not in haste either. I try to find the tag, put the garment on, then realize I did it wrong. I have gone to places with my T shirt inside out. Anyone else with this problem?

I think part of it is the kind of clothes we wear now as opposed to when we worked. It's easy to make a mistake with pants without a zipper and shirts without a front opening.
My husband does this. Sometimes his t-shirts are backwards AND inside out. I don't think it's age related for him, because he's pretty much always done it.
I am not sure what to tell you. I know that some of the clothing items today, like pull-over tops, are sometimes designed to look inside-out. And many clothing items these days are "tagless" with the information now printed directly on the cloth, with the print being very light and it is easy to miss. It could be just an innocent mistake, a few times.
Or, maybe your eyes are changing a bit, cataracts coming, perhaps?
I did this when I was younger in my late 20s, met my boss for breakfast, the guy was sitting there smiling the whole time, didn’t say anything about it until I got back to my hotel room. Maybe that was my charm, the guy was always after me, up until I was married at least.
I still do that now when I’m in a hurry.
