I hope you get some responses. I'm particularly interested in it's effect on sleep. I take a lot of OTC sleep medicines, plus prescription Lorazepam. My prescriptions are pretty cheap, but I would like to try something different. It's also supposed to be good for pain relief. I have a dispensary a couple of miles away, but I understand CBD is not cheap.

Might help if you said what you want to use it for.

I use it. The oil is much more effective on me. I sometimes use the creams with mixed results. Really like the oil.

I've used oils and they don't do much for me, maybe if the spent more $$ and bought 1000mg doses they would help, but not willing to spend that money.

I use salves in the 500mg dose and add some essential oil drops to the salve for rubbing in my knee. Doing the same thing with Ultra Tiger Balm is probably better working in my mind.

For sleep I have a Sleep Remedy in Alt Med here and I sleep 9-10 hrs nightly..but so many ignore my comments....

I use it (Green Roads brand) 1000MG (whatever that means)..you take it up in a syringe (1 1/2 ML) and squirt it under your tongue until it absorbs for a little while..I THINK that it helps me with my arthritis in my right shoulder but I haven't been taking it long enough (about 2 weeks) to really say..there is a lot of gray areas with this stuff..I know an older woman (85?) who swears by it for her arthritis..we'll see..

1000mg is a high strength and costs lots more money. If one has the money, that is good for them.

Legal or medical marijuana might be better. Some edibles could aid in sleep, pain.

"What are peoples experience with CBD?"
bought some, took it, no noticed effect.

personally, i thing that most (not all)
of CBD labelled product is not that at all.
maybe "a little" but not enough to produce
the desired result. can you confirm it is pure CBD?

Dispensaries vet their CBD products - rumor has that many of the products sold online might be bogus - so you really have to trust your source.

The whole plant is more beneficial.
