I got together with friends but it was nothing special as I remember. The drinking age was 18 for me, so 21 wasn't really anything special.

Taking care of a new baby, born Nov. 26. No big celebration that birthday other than being totally grateful that he was healthy. That baby boy is now 6’ 2” and a fantastic son and husband to his wife.

Working in the oilpatch offshore in the Gulf of Mexico or onshore somewhere in Texas.......back in the roughnecking days....
At the time the pic below was took out in the middle of no where West Texas, ms. gamboogal was ~ one week away from birthing our 1st born son....
Just a blink of the FN GD eye ago......

My good buddy lived in North Bend Ore a dreary fishing village along the coast. Had to do something so we went to a dimly lit commercial fishermans bar with a few old folks.......whooopee!.........lol........had a beer and left.......the year 1968

I'd just broken up with a boyfriend, so mom and my sister-in-law took me to a club to see a female impersonator show. One of them decided that we should drink margaritas. We had a fantastic time!
