I know people aren't dying from it like they are in my backyard of NYC. That's good enough for me!

been a while sicne i"ve been on the forum. Where did you end up moving? I'm originally from Peaks Island btw.

There are a couple books on Peaks that came out the last year. This one is from a guy who's little brother I knew. https://amzn.to/3F6BJmJ

It's a non-fiction.

I wrote a more fiction/memoir of peaks myself around the same time the other was published. Tell me that's not synchronicity in the Ether. Crazy.

I saw a travelogue on PBS yesterday on Maine. Called 'Samantha Travels' or something similar.

I was not impressed with Maine as a place to seek out to live or to retire to.

You could look up the program at PBS.org or google it.

Your husband would enjoy watching it, and it would give you further info and many sights in Maine.

Just curious.
Did you expect to be impressed? If so, why, what did you expect?

Turns out - we moved to Virginia - cause I hate snow! Anyway, during the pandemic Maine real estate prices went through the roof. All the good bargains were gone.
