Twisted Sister has a Christmas album. I own it. The melody of "We're Not Gonna Take It" is based on "O Come, All Ye Faithful."

Tijuana Brass and Boston Pops.....that's what I grew up with. The former is what I played at Mom's house, with the reel to reel tapes Dad made when he was alive, at the turn of the century.

I haven't thought about that song in a long while. No intention of voluntarily listening to it.

And speaking of Twisted Sister:

Celine Dion asked to record this song. Her record sold 14 million copies, at $0.075 a record going to Dee Snider. He calls his house "the house that Saint Celine built".

For anyone who likes quiet instrumentals, Tim Janis and Halidon have excellent selections on YouTube than run for hours. Here are just two of many.
