Wow, how could I forget these! They were right near the top.

Also, the individually wrapped round butterscotch candy they sold from grocery store bins.

You train your dog with tasty treats. Mom used to train me with Butter Rum candy when I was good.

OK, I am also vaguely remembering a candy that was like a thick sheet of paper. I think it was rainbow colored, like all swirly or something but it was a flat rectangle. I don't remember if it was wrapped in plastic or paper or slid out of a cardboard sleeve, but I am pretty sure it was not gum but was candy.

Anybody remember that or am I just having a senior moment and imagining it?

Also, what was that stuff that was just loose sugary stuff in a long paper straw and you would rip the end off and then upend it and suck it into your mouth?

I remember it, but I don't remember the name! I loved those. Never would have remembered them if you hadn't bought them up, though.

Edit: I meant the thick sheet of paper

That’s the name that jumped into my mind, too.

There was a similar powder (maybe the same stuff) that came in little packets, like small KoolAid envelopes but not KoolAid. My brother sucked down the entire 5-pack of those candies and ended up getting his stomach pumped. Idiot. Might’ve been called LickemAid????

I think I vaguely remember those packets.
Weren't there 2 other kinds of packaging for those? One was like the paper straw size and another was in a taller, plastic and thicker straw.

Then there was another similar huge sweet/sour tart but it looked more like a hockey puck. Not really a fan of that one though I may have tried it once or twice. Somewhere between the 2nd to 4th bite in, you probably would need a water hose as it caused dry patches in your mouth or throat.

Oh, I also loved butterscotch Lifesavers. Do they still make them?

I have been scouring the internet for a picture of it but without the name, I am getting nowhere. Also, it may not have been swirls, but in rainbow colored stripes.

Yes, you found it. After looking at pictures of pixie stix on the internet, I think that must be what they were.

Thanks.
