Just one of those days where you read an article like this and it gets you to thinking. There are more articles on the passing of this young man but it made me think all day about his life, his family and what he gave back to the community as an individual in a very quiet, giving way.

One of the articles I read said he was texting about the evening game with the Eagles at noon and he passed away unexpectedly Saturday afternoon. The writer of this article, Dave Hyde, is one of my favorite sportswriters.

He gave so much. Prayers to his family and friends.

Pretty much. My dad was manipulative to the point of wanting to direct things after he died. I considered it much more sad than loving. I'm more interested in what (if any) new adventures occur.

I either saw or heard this article. It made me think, there is probably nothing people will remember me for. If anything, maybe all the mistakes I made.

Who cares? Everyone I know has likely experienced me differently based on our relationship, Whatever they remember about me is owned by them, not me.

"How will you be remembered?"
I'm glad I won't be around to find out.
