I have a spare bundle of toilet paper in the attic. My wife keeps extra paper towels.

When we had a house we were very much in "spare" mode. Two washers, two fridges, multiple sewing machines, etc. Now I am in an apt. and have a backup sewing machine and a spare iron. That's about it.
