I believe the Rhode Island Monthly magazine has the latest recommendations on the top docs in RI. Google for the magazine's website and articles. Or just Google "Top Docs" RI Most of the top OB/GYN docs can also be found on the Women & Infants Hospital website (Providence, excellent hospital).

Bayside OB/GYN in Prov - Dr. Skularek-Prete in particular. They should be accepting new patients as well.
